1. Introduction
Welcome to ENVISION COACHING, a partially unmanned
fitness facility. By signing up for a membership, accessing the premises, or
using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Please
read them carefully.
2. Eligibility & Membership
2.1 You must be at least 16 years old to become a
member.
2.2 You confirm that you are physically fit and not aware of any
medical condition that would prevent you from using our facilities safely.
2.3 Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
3. Access & Security
3.1 Access is granted via a mobile app, which
is unique to your membership.
3.2 You must not share your access credentials with anyone. Doing so may
result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.
3.3 The facility is monitored by 24/7 CCTV for security and safety.
3.4 Only members are permitted on the premises. Guests are not allowed
unless specifically authorised.
4. Use of Facilities
4.1 Use of equipment and facilities is at your own risk.
4.2 You must use equipment safely and responsibly.
4.3 Please wipe down equipment after use and return weights and accessories to
their original place.
4.4 Do not misuse or damage any property. Damage may result in fines and/or
termination of membership.
5. Health & Safety
5.1 Emergency protocols are displayed throughout the gym.
5.2 In the event of a serious incident, contact 999 immediately and use
the emergency alert system on-site.
5.3 An unmanned gym requires that you take personal responsibility for
your safety.
5.4 First aid supplies are available on-site, but the gym is not staffed all
day everyday to assist in an emergency.
6. Payments & Cancellation
6.1 Membership fees are collected monthly in advance
via Direct Debit or other agreed methods.
6.2 You may cancel your membership with 30 days’ notice, in writing or
via your online account.
6.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership for any breach
of these terms.
7. Liability
7.1 ENVISION COACHING accepts no liability for injury,
illness, or death resulting from the use of facilities unless due to our
proven negligence.
7.2 We are not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
7.3 You use the facilities entirely at your own risk.
8. Code of Conduct
8.1 Respect other members and behave appropriately at all
times.
8.2 No aggressive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour will be tolerated.
8.3 Inappropriate use of the gym may result in instant termination of
membership.
9. Data Protection
9.1 We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR
and our Privacy Policy
9.2 CCTV footage is retained for safety and security, in compliance with data
protection regulations.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms &
Conditions with reasonable notice. Continued use of the gym following
changes constitutes your acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales,
and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England
and Wales.
By joining ENVISION COACHING, you confirm that you have
read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
